Come and train with Joanel for a 45-minute workout that mixes cardio with strength training via 3 rounds of 10-1 minute exercises. This dynamic workout burns calories while shocking the body to change and adapt to each exercise. You'll leave class with more energy and ready to conquer the day. Joanel is a native of the SF peninsula and works to create an in inclusive yet challenging program in each class. Her drive comes from a desire to become a better version of herself day in and day out. Building a community has always been a passion of hers and she has found fitness to be her avenue. About Groundfloor: Groundfloor is a members-only clubhouse in San Francisco, designed to bring people together again in a space that facilitates connection, wellness and productivity.
