Description

Gain understanding of the science of sous vide and how to apply this modern technique to everyday food items. Chef Ched Pagtakhan will break down basic concepts and guide you through hands-on preparation of restaurant style dishes that can be easily replicated at home. All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your immersion circulator if you already have one. Equipment recommendations will also be provided as well as brand new units for sale. For ages 16 and older (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class).
