Our company has a merchandise-rich warehouse to choose from and a vibrant set of content creation ideas to experiment with. POSITION: Studio RT is now hiring for moving position. Class C / B Drivers needed. Moving experience is a must. Furniture Mover / Staging Installer to join our team. This is a contract position role that typically works Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm. QUALIFICATIONS: This role is a key component to the success of our firm. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast paced constantly changing environment, works well under pressure, and effectively meets deadlines. To be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to/from warehouse and job sites. You must be able to speak & read English. You must also be physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs or team lift 150 lbs. Prior experience in the staging or design industry would be considered an added benefit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with a team of installers and designers to complete staging jobs for clients. Packing, lifting, unpacking accessories, and working with designers to install artwork. Multi-task and coordinate with team members on installations and removals. Take inventory of all items in the warehouse, as needed. Proactively organize and clean the warehouse on a continual basis. Run errands such as deliveries, pick ups, edits, and shopping for new inventory. Plan the most efficient ways to pack items into the moving truck. Take inventory of items and ensure that no items are lost during transportation. Ensure that all items are undamaged and placed in the correct position at the job site and returned to the appropriate location in the warehouse, under the direction of the designers. Collaborate with the entire staging team making sure the job is completely in the rightly manner. Organize and follow timelines that meet the needs of the client. COME WORK WITH US!
