I'm looking to lease my 15 year old gelding Rocky Mountain gaited trail horse. The ranch is in the Oakland hills with trail access. He is a pretty darn good boy and nice on the trail. The lease is for riding privileges twice a week. You must be an experienced rider and have sound knowledge of horse behavior and training.
