Join us again for a super sweet sound bath experience. Our practitioner is Michelle Bui (@vibewithmiche), a local Venice wellness facilitator who specializes in yoga, sound baths, and cacao rituals. Michelle uses chakra-tuned singing crystal bowls, chimes, a gong, drums, and an assembly of other instruments to guide you on a sound meditation adventure. The vibrations help relax the body, calm the mind, and clear blockages making way for positive vibes and energy to flow more easily. Reflect and release. Meet new friends or just relax, meditate, and take some time out for yourself. Whether looking for connection or solo time, there's plenty of room in the 5,000 sq. studio with 25’ ceilings and open barn doors for the flow of fresh air. A pyramid you can crawl into, cosmic art on every wall, and crystals placed throughout are the perfect setting for raising the vibe. WHAT TO BRING: Your yoga mat (some available for purchase from @vagabondgoods in the TINY BANDIT studio). OPTIONAL: Comfy layers if you get chilly easily. Some people bring a blanket, cushion, water, crystals, and eye masks for support and deeper relaxation.
