SHARED ART STUDIO- windows and great light $600

HI THERE! I am searching for an art studio mate to share a space near Balboa Bart Station close to Ingleside/City College. The space is open, bright, private, and secure. There is a loft with dimmer lighting that would be suitable for computer desks and digital work. Ideally we could set up a shared digital space in the loft and have a more "mess friendly" space in the light filled area. I am flexible and just want to share the space with another easy going, considerate creative individual. I am looking for someone who might compliment my practice so we can share space productively without disrupting each other's materials and process. I usually work digitally and sketch at my desk, then translate my work into larger pieces on canvas etc working with acrylic paint. I use an easel and would also need some wall space. I have some art to store but I am organized and consolidate my belongings well.
