Description
Hollywood real estate company looking for an architect for a number of extension projects. We own a large number of single family homes in the Hollywood area and are looking to do some extensions (add some bedrooms and bathrooms) to the existing homes.
It is critical that the person we hire have the ability or connections to sign and seal the drawings so that we can submit them to get the necessary permits from the city.
Pay is $100 an hour.
To apply let us know how long you have been an architect and how you would be able to get your drawings signed and sealed. Some pictures of anything you have designed would be helpful too.
