In general, I am a local Real Estate Agent managing 100+ properties in Stockton/Lathrop/Manteca/Tracy Area. Must have experience, working truck, all tools, ok with working flexible hours throughout the day & weekend, must be ok with working on short notice, must have clean background.
For Electrician, ok to pay $40 hourly, must have all tools.
For Plumbers, I am ok to pay $40 hourly, must have long plumbing snake.
For Roofer, ok to pay $40 hourly, must have experience.
