Abilities and Skills: Verify and keep records on outgoing shipment, comparing identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders or other records Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Placing shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons Stack items on pallets Bind containers with poly banding tape and poly wrap Stamp, stencil or glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers Post weights and shipping charges Track and maintain records of all shipments Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Using tier lift truck, pallet jack or use of hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipment from shipping Other duties as required Must be able to pass a drug test Hours are: Mon – Thurs 6:30am-4:00pm and Fri 6:30am-10:30am. Room for advancement and to learn new skills The pay is $20.00 an hour
