Would you like your child to learn about yoga, breath work, and meditation? Sign them up for our springtime yoga workshop! Our hour will include a kid friendly yoga flow, along with education around yoga, breathing techniques, and overall wellness. Your child may bring their own mat, or they may use one of ours!
Thursday: ages 3-5
Friday: ages 6-8
Saturday: ages 9-12
Incorporating movement into our lifestyle is how we heal, and you are never too young to start!
