Lost: gold ring, surface with inscribed pattern

I lost a golden ring somewhere in Philly, possibly either Center City, at the Christmas market or Macy's, Rittenhouse Square, along Chestnut/Walnut, or at the Philadelphia museum of art or Rodin museum. End of December 2017 / beginning of January 2018. It has a small rectangular surface, which has a pattern inscribed. Inside it has a marking for the gold rating, but it is so small, one would not be able to read without a lot of magnification. Image attached. If you have found this ring, please contact me!
