Description
Carr Properties, LLC has a part time job opening on our facilities maintenance crew.
Applicants need to be able to perform basic facilities maintenance work to include:
Light Electrical such as changing out ballast and light tubes.
Light Plumbing such as adjusting toilet tank valves, replacing flappers and unclogging toilets,
AC tasks such as changing out filters and unclogging drain lines.
Roofing, minor roof repairs.
Landscape maintenance.
Basic carpentry skills.
Other duties such as weed / bug spray / leave blowing / general clean up
You don't have to know all of these...but at least most and we'll teach you the rest.
Good driving record a must.
Hours typically 9 AM to 5 PM, M-F
Starting wage $15.00 per hour
Quarterly bonuses equal to 2 weeks average pay during the previous quarter.
Paydays are on the 15th and 30th of each month
