MILFORD, CT — Police have made the first arrests related to the Walnut Beach Memorial Day brawls and anticipate that more suspects will be charged soon. Three juveniles were charged, police announced Friday. Arrest warrants are pending for two other juveniles and five adults. Officers became overwhelmed while dealing with multiple fights at the beach around 6:30 p.m. Memorial Day. Two officers were knocked down, and their body cameras were stolen.
