At this time there is a tree down on Estabrook Road blocking the entire roadway including access to the Estabrook Woods. The tree has also taken down power lines. Concord Municipal Light Plant is on scene addressing the issue and advises that power will be shut down to Estabrook Road for approximately one hour while repairs are being made and the tree is being removed. Please avoid travel to this area until further notice.
