EAST HAVEN, CT —East Haven police are asking for the public's help. "Can you help us identify this individual who shoplifted a large quantity of perfume at Walgreens," police wrote on Facebook. "He has come back to the same store several times to steal the same items," police allege. Police said the man "was last seen operating a silver Honda Odyssey with New Jersey plates."
