Vani has a masters degree in psychology and is a Associate Professor of psychology at CLC, Stockton California. Vani has a deep seated passion for first responders and the stress they must endure daily and throughout their career. "From the first moment I met Vani, I could feel her passion to help others but more I could feel how much she actually understood what our responders encountered and the toll it took on them mentally. Literally, the day Vani and Dr. Steinerman walked into my office I had been searching for resources to help our department and then they show up offering it.
