Rehoming small dog

We are looking to rehoming our approximately 4 year old mixed breed small male dog. He has been neutered and microchipped. He is coming due for a rabies shot but other than that he is in good health. He's good with kids and other animals. He's pretty much housebroken but will have accidents.(mostly when he gets excited) we're not sure what breed he is but we think terrier. He's 20 pounds fully grown. We are rehoming him because our other dog is playing too rough with him and we are afraid she's going to end up killing him accidentally. Rehoming fee of $75 (can be negotiated if you can show why you need lowered) as well as vet reference and agreement for periodic updates to make sure he's going to a good home.
