Students will continuously build upon their confidence, Self-Awareness, Self-Esteem, and Socialization skills.Nutrition/Body Image - We will discuss the importance of understanding what you eat. What eating smart means. The importance of exercise, and how it effects our overall well-being.  We'll talk about body image, and how students feel about their own self image. Studies show, children as early as six years old begin to have concerns about their own image, and how they look.The intent of this workshop is to make sure students understand they're beautiful in their own way. We'll focus on pointing out the positives in each student, and watch a video showing girls from 6 to 18 talk about their image concerns.  The same girls will quickly talk about how they understand it's not really a concern, because they understand it's what makes them unique and beautiful. This is a very uplifting workshop with a lot of good conversation. We'll watch various fashion videos, and discuss current and past fashion trends.Complimentary snacks and beverages available. Private restrooms available. The model studio is located in a beautiful, safe location.10am - 1pm / $30 per student / Minimum Three (4) Fashion Stars, Maximum Eight (8) Fashion Stars.
