Happy One Year at Rohi's Readery! Join artist/naturalist Autumn (Wildness is Necessary) as we celebrate nature, metamorphosis, and create butterflies together! About the Founder: Autumn Kioti is an interdisciplinary artist, environmental educator, poet and performer who creates programming for both adults and children around environmental/social justice, nature, and citizen science. As a Florida Master Naturalist (UF/IFAS) she has studied upland and coastal systems, wildlife monitoring, environmental interpretation and invasive species, is certified as a Climate for Health Ambassador, and works as a naturalist and gallery curator at a Palm Beach County wetland nature center, all while keeping a studio practice. She has also has a small project called Wildness is Necessary, which has or is currently collaborating with organizations including NYC Audubon, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Everglades Audubon, The Wild Bird Fund, Dr. Sara Lewis, Kingsland Wildflowers, The Garden Shoppe, Rohi’s Readery and more. In her spare time during the spring and fall seasons, she can be found volunteering with the Cape Florida Banding Station.
