I've been living alone in my own home for about 28 years now, and--at 80 and after a few falls (one resulting in a crushed ankle which kept me in a VA rehab facility for 3 months,) I need a friendly house cleaning lady to help keep my "final home" fairly presentable when my daughters visit. I'm on a pretty tight budget, and so I'll have to be careful on your charges. But I'm a fair and honest educated gentleman and I'm sure we can reach a good agreement. Maybe I'll provide a pizza for our lunch and for you to take home....we'll work something out. I'll want you to be here every 3-4 weeks at most, keep the place "ship-shape," and help both of us enjoy the day.
