Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Alex Freese for an evening exploring the polarity and sacredness of interweaving of our divine energies within each of us. We’ll move through partnered breathwork and meditation, helping to move and release any stuck energies and connecting you in deeper with your unique essence and truth and then move into the soundscape of vibrations, frequency and voice. Alex and Ali will soothe you with the calming and rebalancing frequencies and sounds of the Tibetan, Nepalese and Crystal Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and sacred sound. Leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment. The purpose of this event is to help you experience deeper levels of connection within yourself. The divine feminine and masculine energies are not based on gender, as we all embody both energies. Together with ease and comfort we will create a safe container where you are free to explore yourself fully and unapologetically as we guide you through a journey of breath, visualization and sound through polarity, settling into the soul as you connect in with your natural state of understanding and unconditional love.
