To effectively defend DUI cases, it is necessary for practitioners to understand the basics behind every DUI charge, including blood/breath testing, effects of alcohol on the body, and the science behind Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. In addition, attendees can expert to learn the basics of the court process and trial for a DUI, including working with experts, common defenses, and alternative resolutions available in Pennsylvania.
