HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Starting Friday, music lovers can enjoy free Concerts in the Courtyard from 6 to 8 p.m., a showcase of local artists at the Courtyard at Tonge Row in Old Ellicott City near Little Market Cafe, 3731 Hamilton St. The Concerts in the Courtyard's regular season runs through October.
