FRIDAY, JULY 8TH 12PM - Taproom opens & Cuvée de Boom: Rosé Release Cuvée de Boom: Rosé consists of a hybrid of Belgian blonde ale and White Zinfandel. The beer undergoes a parallel fermentation with both an ale strain and a Champagne yeast strain.
