WTS Arkansas's quarterly lunch program will be hosted at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock on June 21. Join us as we hear from keynote speaker Vivien N. Hoang, P.E., FHWA Division Administrator. In March 2020, Vivien Hoang became the FHWA Division Administrator of the Arkansas Division. She leads an office of 16 professionals to deliver a $685 million Federal-aid Highway Program throughout Arkansas, in partnership with the Arkansas Department of Transportation. Vivien began her FHWA career in 2008 in the Colorado Division and has held progressive positions in the New Mexico and California Divisions. She served as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Administrator, providing direct support to the Executive Director and later, the Deputy Administrator. Prior to joining FHWA, Vivien worked in the private sector as a roadway and drainage design engineer. Vivien holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
