HOWARD COUNTY, MD — With 80s forecast for the next several days across Maryland, a quick dip in a cool pool would be refreshing and fun. Patch has the scoop on Howard County pools that are open for the swimming season. If you're looking for an outdoor pool, Howard County has 23 of them, including two mini water parks.
