The Department of Early Learning is excited to announce the “One CHA Fest”! Under the city’s new vision to align every Chattanoogan [One Chattanooga Plan] and the One CHA Fest’s mission is to do just that- bring everyone together for some Fun in the sun! The One CHA Fest is a FREE family event in the heart of our city that invites all Chattanoogans, from infants to elders, and everyone in between. There will be inflatables, line dancing, family workouts, crafts, food trucks, valuable resources, entertainment and MORE! There’s FUN for everyone!
