Job Purpose Be the face of our company and the heart of our administration. Summary Family-owned, mid-sized exhibit marketing company seeks experienced administrative assistant. Must have exceptional organizational and communication skills along with strong attention to detail. Great work environment. Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, etc. Make travel arrangements Reconcile corporate credit cards Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Maintain clean reception area. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing special projects as needed. Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications Reporting Skills Verbal Communication Proficient in Excel Organization Professionalism Customer Focus Attention to Detail Problem Solving Supply Management Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required 3 years of administrative assistant experience or college studies in office administration Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Interested Applicants send email and resume to [email protected] Subject of email should be: Admin – Patch: [insert Candidate Name]
