Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, etc.
Make travel arrangements
Reconcile corporate credit cards
Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Maintain clean reception area.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing special projects as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required
3 years of administrative assistant experience or college studies in office administration

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
