CP is a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility to service the needs of our fleet. This position will be responsible for the daily creation and monitoring of work orders. This team member will schedule repairs and services with in-house mechanics or vendors as necessary. There will be a focus on the use of fleet management tools to track maintenance and assist in record keeping. $20 per hour starting pay. 40-hour work week Shop hours are Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM For immediate consideration, complete online application and provide a current resume. Essential Functions Include but Not Limited To: •Create and manage work orders. •Schedule vehicles for maintenance or repair. •Communicate across other departments and with outside vendors. •Other tasks as needed. Desired Minimum Qualifications: •Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. •Prior experience using a fleet management system and coordinating vehicles for service a plus! •Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
