I have a female Indian ringneck, roughly 2 years old needing a new home. We have had her since she was a baby, we just can’t give her the home she deserves. Her wings are not clipped, she is in good health. She is cage aggressive but will warm up to you and does much better when she’s outside her cage. She will chatter to you, whistle, no words yet but capable. She does kiss sounds. She comes with her cage, food, dishes, and lots of toys. I highly recommend you have experience with birds or do your research, sadly I did not have experience when I adopted her. Rehome fee $200
