Hauling/Mowing Needed

Tenants finally vacated, exterior property a hoarder's delight. Need complete exterior property emptied and 3 outbuildings. Outbuildings are mostly empty, but still both useable/salable items and junk left such as a nice fireplace insert, ladders, etc. You are welcome to keep & sell anything of value in anything left there, and there are a lot of things NOT garbage, which is reflected in the job pay. There are several tons to be cleaned off of property; for a standard 8 ft bed truck, there are approxiamately 8-10 loads. Additionally, property also needs to be mowed after all hauling is completed. Property size is 1/3 acre, of which most is covered by footprint of buildings. Actual are to be mowed is much smaller. Ideally, if person who does hauling could do both hauling & mowing would be appreciated to simplify process as property owner is out of area, elderly and disabled. Pay will be occur when job is completed and inspected for verification. Happy to coordinate with you to be present when job is projected to be complete so inspection and pay can occur immediately.
