Found a cute little Rottweiler looking mix wandering around the Walmart parking lot off Mills Rd. Has a blue collar on with no name tag. Bit of a defect or a scar on his lower lip (possibly from a scrap). Otherwise healthy although a bit dirty. Feel free to reach out if you or anybody knows who this guy belongs to!
