Seeking additional crew member for Summer/Fall season. Gain experience with small-scale, organic farming of a diversity of crops and small vineyard management. Job includes a range of fieldwork including poultry & duck care, transplanting, small orchard maintenance, harvesting, washing, packing, greenhouse work, delivery and some events. Employment activities rotate and are seasonal, going through December 2022 and possibly into the next spring (approx. 24-32 hrs./wk.). Hourly wage starts at $16 but moves to $17.50/hour within 2 weeks if candidate proves reliable/suitable. Tuesday thru Friday 9 - 5 PM and one Saturday a month for events. Available immediately.
