Description
If you've ever taken Economics 101, you'd have heard of something called 'supply and demand'. If you reduce the supply of something, the demand grows and therefore the price goes up. Biden, even during his campaign, attacked the US fossil fuel industry. He's pretty much done everything he could to reduce the production of US fossil fuels in favor of his Green Energy concept. That has greatly reduced the supply of US energy and forced prices up.
He blames the prices on Putin (or anyone else that he can). There have been numerous wars around the globe that were as bad or bigger than Putin's claim on Ukraine. There was a war between Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia against Russia between 1987 and 1991 (Singing Revolution). That area borders Ukraine and lasted 4 years. But the oil prices didn't skyrocket due to that war... nor did food prices.
Just look at the cost of fuel (and all other products) since Biden was elected. It's a steady climb and not really related to anything Putin did. It's all his doing.
