Do you, or anyone you know, have a plot of land or a large backyard in Washington, D.C? As an alternative, no more than ½ of a mile outside the city. You or the person with the land will need to be willing to lease the space to our business for 6-12 months. Priority is given to land lots that already have existing water/sewer plumbing and electricity infrastructure. We are open to properties that have an existing structure on them as well, even if the existing house/structure is in very poor condition. We will pay out via cash or Zelle transfer as soon as a lease is signed with the property owner. We are hoping to have a land lease deal signed as soon as possible. If you are the owner, you will be given the finder’s fee as a bonus. Rental rates are based on location and existing infrastructure. Calls preferred for faster response. 4106572617
