Energy Conservation Insulation has an immediate opening for an Insulation Prep Specialist/General Laborer. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to: - Driving to and from home sites in the Tri-County area (Must be insurable and have a valid drivers license) - Prep homes for insulation behind tubs/showers/fireplaces, Air sealing, and misc other tasks - Be able to communicate effectively with co-workers - Be a quick learner and follow directions - Work efficiently without supervision to complete an established routine timely, and accurately - Take pride in your workmanship - Be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance - Help unload and load freight trucks - Be able to safely operate a small box truck - Must be a minimum of 18 yrs old - No experience necessary - Must have a great attitude and want to be part of a winning team Benefits available after 60 days of employment are: Medical (Employee medical paid by employer) Dental Vision Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Life Insurance 401K (After 90 days) Additional supplemental insurance (Hospital, Critical Care, Accidental) This is a great opportunity to work for Central Oregon's Premier Insulation Company and learn a new trade as you are being paid!
