Norris and Stevens is looking for a property management team or individual to oversee Chalet Village in Tigard, (34 units). The perfect candidate(s) will have previous apartment management experience and minimum of 1year maintenance experience. Marketing - * Experience in retail/sales. * On-line marketing experience. * Enjoy working with people. * Available to work Saturday & Sunday. * Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Fair Housing. Maintenance - * Have at least 1 yr apartment maintenance experience or equivalent is REQUIRED. * Be willing and able to paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover or oversee vendors, if necessary, * Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs. * Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily. Office/Accounting - * Having experience in apartment management is preferred. * Education minimum of high school diploma/GED. * Must have strong mathematical skills. * Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. * Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. DETAILS: - Chalet Village; Hours: 35 hrs/wk - Manager's Apartment: 3 bd, 1 1/3 bath apartment - Compensation: $1400/month rent credit total, + $2000 monthly cash salary. - Reimbursements for expenses: $50 utilities; $25 cell phone; $25 gas. -Opportunities for re-rent and rent increase bonuses If this sounds like the position you're looking for, please apply by sending cover letter and resume.
