POSITION SUMMARY This is a temporary position and includes Monday through Friday, daytime hours – up to 40 hours per week during the summer months. This position is responsible for the landscape maintenance of the property. Tasks may include a variety of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, parts running, painting, trash pick-up, general housekeeping and all other tasks assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Be at least 18 years of age • Have a valid driver’s license • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds • Stand for extended periods of time • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, and crouch occasionally • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions BENEFITS These positions offer great day-to-day business operation experience along with potential participation in the Company’s 401k plan.
