This is an exciting time to be a part of the Trimmers Landscaping family. We are fortunate to work with some great developers in the NH Seacoast area. We currently have a development underway in Hampton and another coming online later this summer in Newmarket. We are searching for an experienced project manager with hands on experience in the landscape world. This position is 50% site management, planning and working with clients and 50% hands on work with crew members. Experience: Landscape Construction Project Management: 2 years (Preferred) Landscape construction: 1 year (Preferred) Snow Area Management: 1 year (Preferred) Qualifications/Duties Act as liaison between operations and client, ensuring clarity in communication and expectations Stay up-to-date on day-to-day site operations and issues to identify trends in need of comprehensive solutions Create, manage, and control scope of work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Provide hands-on job-site installation as required. Procurement of materials for jobs and supplies. Landscape and hardscape experience in similar roles Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing Excellent time management skills Seeking an experienced commercial landscape project manager. Site meetings Assist in project takeoffs and pricing Selling and tracking change orders Customer relations and satisfaction Proactive approach to production, cost management, employee management and safety Great organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with CRM applications Snow Area Manager: Oversee designated snow area and their operations. Ideal Candidate would have plowing experience with truck and variety of machines. Manage staff associated with your designated areas. Pre-season and post-season inspections as required by clients. Assist with annual set-up of snow pods, equipment and hiring. This position directly reports to the Operations/Construction Manager and indirectly to the General Manager and Owner. This position directly supervises foreman and crew members. Company vehicle included with Snow Area Manager position. This position will hire for their crew as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone that is self motivated and has a take charge attitude. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
