This gig could be anywhere between 1 to 3 days, depending on the number of people we have and everyone’s work ethic. The quoted wage is the guaranteed wage/per day - however additional earnings are possible. This gig isn’t very demanding or complicated - we are just looking for some hustle. People who can start next week and be reliable. (Should be able to lift/move 100 lbs. w/ or w/o assistance) THE BOTTOM LINE: We have an singular level indoor space that is approximately 4000 SQ, that of which is currently 85% empty. The other 15% needs sorted between what’s staying and what’s going. Items that are staying will need moved into what will soon be the main showroom. There is a large commercial grade dumpster already on site for items that won’t be making the cut. At various stages along the way, there will be cleaning required - but trust me when I tell you that it’s minimal. There are also a few outdoor projects which need done as well; such as clearing the yard of any “debris”, the exterior windows, pressure washing the entry ways & awnings (we have the equipment) and some light landscaping. You don’t have to be interested in working both indoors and out, to reply to this ad - simply specify to which (if not both) that you are interested in doing. This is a great gig for someone who isn’t afraid to work a little to make money. You will be paid in cash for your time. Beginning week of June 12th - not Monday, but definitely starting by Wednesday. Hours Needed: 10 am to 4 pm $110/day - that’s 6 hours for $110 or just over $18/hour
