Need yard cleaned up

Front yard has overgrown weeds and a branch that fell off mesquite tree in last storm. I need someone to come out and weed, rake, leaf blow, and clean up. There is a pile of gravel that you can leave alone, so don't panic if you see it, I don't expect you to move it. (Unless you want to and I'll toss in another $100)
