re-homing dog

Hello! Meet Tyler. His about 5-8 months old. His playful. His house broke. It's best to take Tyler to the bathroom every 1-2 hrs. His fixed and has all his shots. I'm not sure what kind of dog he is. I heard his a kind of German Shepherd. The only reason we are giving him a new home is because he was my grandma's pet. She had him for about 2 months. She's 80 years old and can't handle taking care of him because his a very playful. Only reason she got him was because he was going to be put down at the bound if someone didn't get him. And i can't take him because I work 8-9 hrs a day for 6 hrs a week. Tyler is a puppy who needs love and attention. And I sadly can't provide that when only having one day off and being exhausted after work. All I'm asking is 23$ rehoming fee. And here's why, because I want to be ensured he'll be going to a good home who is willing to put the money into taking care of him. Ik it's a lot to ask. But, I really want Tyler to have a good happy life of attention and care. I will admit. I do love Tyler a lot but I can't take care of him nor give him the attention he needs with my schedule.
