Since California is the #1 ranked state for having the strongest gun control laws wouldn't it make sense they have the lowest incidents? No, it is also ranked #1 in the country for most 'active shooter incidents' according to the FBI. So you're telling me... Criminals don't follow gun control laws???? Shocked right?
