ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Alter and build wooden cabinets. • Measuring, shaping, adjusting, trimming, and sanding parts and joints to make parts fit snugly, using tape measure, hand tools, and sander to prepare articles for finishing • Trim and smooth parts to fit, using hand tools and other equipment. • Install hardware such as hinges, and knobs on assembled cabinets. • Verify dimensions, checking the quality, and fit pieces to ensure adherence to specifications. • Matching materials for color, and grain. • Convey necessary material from storage area to workstations and machines. • Load and unload deliveries. • Manage Cabinet Warehouse and Field Team to ensure consistency and minimize mistakes QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Experience with Woodworking Tools • Ability to communicate effectively, and problem solve both over the phone. and in person • Willingness to help people • Good written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented PREFERRED SKILLS Cabinet Building Organized and ability to multitask Ability to work alone WAREHOUSE DUTIES: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver Cabinets to Job Sites • Help with construction duties in the field, and warehouse • Load and unload deliveries • Assemble wooden cabinets. • Trim and smooth parts to fit, using hand tools and other equipment. • Install hardware such as hinges, and knobs on assembled cabinets. • Verify dimensions, checking the quality, and fit pieces to ensure adherence to specifications. • Matching materials for color, and grain • Stage items to be delivered to job
