Do you have a passion for cannabis? We are an established cannabis farm needing to expand our team and currently have entry level positions open. Job duties vary and individuals interested should consider themselves well rounded, capable and dependable. Both men and women are encouraged to apply. We generally place people where we think they would be most successful. Some, but not all positions may require - Potting and repotting cannabis plants, sometimes requiring bending and/or overhead lifting. Working inside and/or outside in the summer. Harvesting and trimming cannabis flowers. Packaging cannabis and related products for retail sale. Possibly getting dirty and smelling like weed. No experience is required, but drive and determination to learn and move up is. We almost exclusively promote from within. Full time positions 6am - 2:30pm, with flexibility to work earlier or later if needed. $13hr to start with regular raises and optional health insurance. Ideal candidates should be In good physical health Dependable, including your transportation to and from work. Positive attitude. Bad attitudes get mites and we don't like mites. Team player. Willing to help out, whatever it takes. Able to obtain a Facility Agent issued by AZDHS card by passing a background check. Getting a stack of resumes to look at is easy.
