I used to be a gigging musician years ago. I'm getting back into playing. Solid rhythm player, so-so lead but working on it. Would like to find a group to play rock/blues/country with, put together some cover songs, and see where it goes from there. Does it lead to gigging? Sure, if it works. My background is rock, but lately I've been getting into country. I have a D'Angelico Deluxe Brighton electric. Yamaha Acoustic. Fender mandolin that I can play okay. Boss Katana 100w amp, sufficient for gigging, looking into a Vox AC30 next. I will be building a custom Telecaster with a friend in the Fall. Any interest please reply and we'll see where it goes from there.
