Two dogs found/Irvington and Kolb

Found these two absolute dolls last night near Irvington and Kolb! So friendly and loving; they just want constant snuggles and kisses. The tan one is male and chipped, but the phone number associated is no good. The female has no chip. I had to take them to PACC because I couldn't find temporary housing. If you recognize them PLEASE LET THE OWNER KNOW where they are. I know they're missing their human.
