We are a downtown hostel with 3 showers, laundry and a kitchen that we need to make 100% waterproof to the property below us. Need to remove shower pans, hot-mop, and tile the floors. We were given a rough estimate of about $500 per room for materials and labor if we handle the grouting and sealing ourselves? We are flexible with cost, would like work to begin asap, and want at least 3 bids. Please text us for more pics or info.
