Small front yard overrun with weeds and needs cleanup/maintenance

We have a small front yard that has been overrun with weeds and we need help! Looking for someone to weed, trim, and cleanup yard (no mowing). Would like to find someone who can also provide monthly maintenance and possibly remove a medium-sized palm tree.
