Seeking a solid HVAC technician who can maintain/service a residential natural gas Arkla Servel Robur unit in La Crescenta, with an ongoing 6-month maintenance contract. All leads (dozens of LA-county HVAC or plumbing companies, as well as the vendor itself) have resulted in no techs capable of working on these. Robur has written that they are willing to support a technician who does this work. I am only seeking direct communication from an HVAC or plumbing experienced technician that can do this. The last maintenance was completed in Jan 2022. The only known issue is that the cooling is lowering the temperature by 12 degrees only, and it should be able to do more than that. *** Notice to Middle men and marketing consultants: *** Do not go on a tear and blanket solicit HVAC/plumbing companies to find a technician for this. *** Companies involved in these types of residential units have ALREADY been engaged, *** so DO NOT contact anyone. That will just cause confusion, frustration, and/or duplication.
